Whale Cloud Recognized in Two Gartner® Market Guide Reports

NANJING, China, March 07, 2022 - Whale Cloud, a leading technology company providing software solutions and services for telecommunications and multiple industries, announced that Whale Cloud has been recognized as a representative vendor in 2022 Gartner reports - Market Guide for CSP Customer Management and Experience Solutions and Market Guide for CSP Service Design and Orchestration Solutions.*

The Gartner Market Guide states, “CIOs at CSPs can use this Market Guide to identify market trends and hone sourcing strategies for customer management and experience solutions, targeting desired outcomes.”

In a world of uncertainties, Communications Service Providers (CSPs) are rethinking Customer Management and engagement (CM&X) to improve customer experience, satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. According to Gartner, “CM&X solutions are typically part of the BSS solutions and often work together with revenue management and monetization solutions as part of a complete BSS stack.” *

Gartner also extends the coverage of Operations Support Systems (OSS) as it states “We are evolving our coverage of this market in 2022 through greater focus on two major components of OSS: (1) SD&O solutions and (2) service assurance solutions.” Further it adds “Service design, orchestration and associated components are critical when CSPs look for evolution of their OSS for 5G, NaaS and a factory approach for service operations.” **
