Whale Cloud Wins Outstanding Catalyst – Business Gamechanger Award at TM Forum Innovate Asia 2025

Nanjing, China, November 4th, 2025 – Whale Cloud, a global technology company providing software solutions and services for telecommunications and multiple industries, announced that its Catalyst project Agentic Intelligence Exchange (AIX) has won the Outstanding Catalyst – Business Gamechanger award at TM Forum Innovate Asia 2025. The award recognizes the project’s breakthrough contribution in enabling real-time intelligence and autonomous customer engagement for Communication Service Providers (CSPs).

AIX addresses a growing industry challenge: while customer behavior now shifts in seconds, most telecom systems still rely on static rules and delayed, batch-based decisioning — causing missed opportunities and lost revenue. AIX proposes a new model where telecom operators move beyond traditional automation and adopt intelligent, context-aware engagement powered by verified data and Agentic AI.

The project is championed by Telin and Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, with Whale Cloud, Valuoo (Me2B Company), and Huawei participating as solution partners.

Within the Catalyst, Whale Cloud serves as the intelligence engine, providing its AI-powered Digital Experience Platform (DXP) to transform authenticated telecom data into real-time customer insight. With advanced predictive models, Whale Cloud enables CSPs to detect churn risk, anticipate behavioral trends, and trigger hyper-personalized actions at the moment intent is formed.

Winning the Business Gamechanger award highlights AIX’s potential to redefine how value flows across the telecom ecosystem — shifting operators from connectivity providers to intelligent, trusted engagement platforms that support real-time, privacy-safe experiences.
