Overview

ZSmart Quick Run (QRun) provides a full-stack FTTx operation solution to help CSPs quickly launch services and win in the fiercely competing market, and is capable of supporting new service domains by plug-in packages, including SDN/NFV, Cloud, 5G, etc.

QRun has built-in network design functions with GIS map integrated. It can help CSPs design and plan an accurate FTTx network rollout blueprint via graphical interfaces by drag & drop actions and auto-designing rules to improve design efficiency.

Automatic service fulfillment

QRun provides a service fulfillment process library with pre-defined workflows for multiple order types. It can automatically decompose orders, orchestrate resources and perform provisioning functions as per configuration rules. Most processes automatically complete without any manual intervention.

Closed-loop proactive assurance

QRun can rapidly match network alarms and customers trouble tickets with workflows based on ticket types and configuration rules, which can save manpower for OSP fault handling. It also supports the integration with 3rd party diagnostics tools/systems for fast trouble shooting.
