Overview

ZSmart Voucher Center (VC) is a cloud native voucher management system.

It supports non-stop capacity expansion and multiple balance types (e.g. currency recharge cards, volume recharge cards, etc.).
It provides both physical & EPIN cards, and the dynamic denomination cards which are able to integrate with third-parties, to help CSPs expand the recharge channels.
It can help CSPs to cover business scenarios more comprehensively through internal management capabilities (e.g. risk control, reconciliation, redemption, etc.) and interaction with external systems.

In addition to traditional physical card management, Voucher Center provides EPIN card management, dynamic denomination card management integrated with 3rd party systems. CSPs can also manage the lifecycle of each card type separately.

Mainstream encryption algorithms for voucher card passwords and card-making files, such as MD5, AES and 3DES ensure data security.

Fraud management

Voucher Center provides excellent risk control capabilities. CSPs can define flexible policy rules to manage the blacklist automatically or manually from the GUI.

Voucher Center supports the generation of reconciliation files for different card balance types, such as the currency recharge records and data volume recharge records etc., to reconcile with recharge channels and billing systems respectively. The reconciliation file format is also configurable.
